Magic Pick is a simple and handy tool for extracting text from images.
The app can be downloaded from Microsoft Store and you’ll find it pinned to the Start Screen or Menu.
It’s a Metro app that offers no options, only a Modern UI panel with a white background. Using it, you can simply click on a photo you want to extract the text from and the output text will appear in the panel.
The images are automatically cropped to the dimensions of the output text, so you don’t have to worry about scaling and rotating them manually.
Preview the output text to make adjustments
After opening a photo, it’s possible to view it in the main window and make adjustments to the text. The text is displayed in a panel on the bottom of the window, so you can pan and zoom to make adjustments.
Magic Pick provides basic adjustments, such as font, size and spacing.
You can change the maximum number of characters per line, as well as the type of font you want to use. You can also scroll to see the whole text.
Finally, right-click anywhere on the panel to bring up a horizontal bar and increase or decrease the font size.
Magic Pick is simple to use, quick and effective.

SeaOS comes with Aqua interface and this OS, just like other Apple devices, runs the UI under a separate process. The system sends API calls, directed to the UI process, from one process to the other. This information was acquired by Igloo via Wi-Fi hacking and it is not clear how they extracted it.
I have been trying to get an official statement from Apple on this and have been contacting all the right people, so that means I’m guessing.
The hack will be discussed, possibly questioned, and the people behind it will be under surveillance. It could affect them too, as it could encourage them to leak more info. When they are finally caught, they will be dealt with by the courts, and the people in this thread are not likely to be there.
If Apple decides to take down the Igloo hack site, we’ll have to move to a new site, and keep it going for a while. Maybe we’ll get a third party to do it.
To download the Seas0nPass application, go to this link and click the button “AppleTV”.
Anyone tried this before?
