The plugin enumerates file systems, mounts them and optionally mounts them as a drive letter.
The plugin uses FileSystemInfo and FolderOpenInformation to enumerate all local and removable file systems and the handle of a drive letter to mount one.
The plugin also supports a configuration file for these settings (LocalDriveLetter.ini). It allows to specify which file systems will be enumerated, which properties they have, and which volume name to use when mounting.
In addition to mounting a volume, the plugin can also be used to unmount it, to create or remove a file or folder, and to set the properties of the volume.
